Why Yoga is Exactly What I Need Right Now

A couple of weeks ago, my gym membership was up for renewal. The gym is right down the street, so it’s convenient, and they offer high intensity interval style workouts - which is my go to. I prefer to give it my all, go all out, and end up a sweaty mess on the floor at the end of the workout, feeling sore and accomplished the next day. The trainers are motivating and funny. It’s the perfect fit for me. So, I renewed my membership so I could go workout the following morning.
