Sometimes I give in to the sadness and wallow in it all day - I don’t get out of bed, or I lay on the couch and watch tv all day. Sometimes it’s necessary to feel the sadness, to allow yourself to cry. Your body and your mind is trying to tell you something - maybe you need a release.
